1 Prices and shipping costs (Germany)

1.1 All prices stated on our website include the applicable statutory value-added tax.

1.2 SYE Cosmetics shall bear the shipping costs.

1.3 The customer shall bear the costs of return. The form for cancellation within 14 days can be found here :Form

1.4 Shipping time Germany: 1-3 working days



2 Prices and shipping costs (Austria)

2.1 All prices stated on our website are inclusive of the applicable sales tax.

2.2 The customer bears the shipping costs in the amount of 4,99€.

2.3 The customer bears the costs for the return. The form for cancellation within 14 days can be found here :Form

2.4 Shipping time Austria: 2-4 working days



3 Prices and shipping costs (Switzerland)

3.1 All prices stated on our website are inclusive of the applicable sales tax.

3.2 The costs of shipping in the amount of 9,99€ are to be paid by the customer (prices excl. customs & import tax).

3.3 The customer bears the costs for the return. The form for cancellation within 14 days can be found here :Form

3.4 Shipping time Switzerland: 4-7 working days



4. Tracking (DE,AT,CHE)

4.1 The orders always leave our warehouse at 15:00. If you order before 15:00.

4.2 We ship exclusively as merchandise consignment with Deutsche Post.

4.3 As soon as your order has been packed by us, we will send you your tracking number/tracking ID via e-mail.



4.7 Due to public holidays or discount campaigns, delivery times may be longer.
